"Our fingers intertwined, his heart beat against my chest, making it feel like I had a heart, his leg wrapped around my hip. Yet this reaction was not out of love, yet out of fear. All hatred seemed to vanish for a split second as we laid inside the small air vent, that was hardly big enough for the both of us. We could hear there footsteps, pacing back and forward almost rythmically. He looked down at me pressing my head against his chest.
He brushed a strand of hair away from my ear and leaned in, "No one will hear of this..." His voice was an eased whisper, he kept his cool as I had.
"Wouldn't think of it." I replied, listening as the rythmic footsteps vanished down the hall."
