i have been trying to use the shapes from whatever colour lovers have but it seems to be taking too long. Any advice as to how i can make it with a faster way here?

You can't make items with other people's shapes, unless they send them to you. Often you can guess how someone made something just by looking, guessing and experimenting. I have. You can learn a lot about template making from studying others' templates and asking questions.
How long a time is too long? I can make a complex template in about an hour, an hour and a half, because I use shapes I made in advance, and stretch or shrink them to fit my design. Most of my time is used in deciding how to use my stored shapes in new combinations.

Unfortunately, your question is very general, so I don't know what to say to you, except to keep making templates, and especially to learn what all the layer tools do in Seamless when using the Shift Key or the Command Key or the directional arrow keys in combination. If you can ask a more specific kind of question, we can give you better answers.
