There are some vectors I know that are floating around on the internet that are public domain, such as the svg shapes available on Wikipedia lol
But when it comes to TEMPLATES, rather than idk color palettes, I think it really depends upon the scope of the "copying" done. Eventually I'll get around to uploading all the SVGs I've made for people to use however. (Except for the actual DRAWINGS that took hours to make) My style changes constantly, but I still will reuse old shapes in newer patterns.
