Does anyone know why I keep on getting New Love Notes in my inbox that are comments on someone else's palette? It's very strange, I've left lots of comments on other palettes but it is just the ONE palette that I keep on getting these love notes for.

Sounds like you're subscribed to that palette. There is a button on the page (top right, across from the name) that says subscribe... if it says un-subscribe it means you're subscribed to that color / palette / pattern and will receive love notes when comments are posted to it.
