I'm new so just feeling my way around at the moment but I keep running into a message that says 'Uh-oh! In order to use our Color creation tool, you must use IE7 or Firefox' - which is strange because I do use IE7! What do I do now?

Anyone else experiencing this? I dont use IE so have no idea

I just tried creating a color using IE7 (normally I use the burning doglike creature) and I didn't have a problem. So maybe a little more info? Have you tried creating a palette the original way and the COPASO way -- any errors with these?

Yes, it did, but their servers are saturated. You may not be able to get Firefox 3.0 for awhile.

Turns out her user agent string was confusing the script, but I have fixed it so all is well. Anyone who has experienced this should be able to use the create features now :-)

Thanks everyone and especially PureForm for fixing the problem, I'm off and running! But wait another small problem has reared it's ugly head - I've tried creating a new Palette but at the end - after asking me to name the five colours which seems to work fine - the page is just sitting there when I hit 'Add Palette' and nothing is happening. If I leave that page the new palette hasn't been added to my list of Palettes or to the group I've joined (Digital Scrappers) so then I need to start over again and the same thing happens.

Opera has a DOM issue they never seem to get around to fixing, which is the scrollHeight of a textarea always returning the height of the textarea [at least I think it was scrollHeight] ... which isn't correct.

I'll see if version 9.5 returns the correct value, and will promptly open COPASO up to Opera 9.5 if it works.

i'm a little new as well and can't seem to figure out how to post my palettes and patterns to groups/comments...
