Hey, has anyone else noticed in gmail that you can customize your background image and style? Well, there is this pretty pink and white theme and the background image is one of the floral patterns from this site!

I think you might need a gmail account to view that page, but the theme is called 'cherry blossom'. i guess it was made by a designer that loves colorlovers.

this colors aren't exactly the same, but the pattern sure is!

a skin called - Starry Sky it is the Christmas pattern used like this but with white stars

i can't find the settings for the floral backgrounds!! ;(
i searched every possible button on my gmail account and couldn't find anything!

I just went back and read a bunch of comments from other gmail users and about half of us still don't have this themes feature enabled yet.

Yup, that's one of the patterns we have here. Vania, the artist who created the pattern for us gave Gmail permission to use the pattern as one of their options... pretty cool.

We'd love it if they used more options from COLOURlovers, it would be great exposure for this color loving community. (slightly better link credit would be great too ;) )

just a quick question sorta related - do you know when they are going to add the new patterns to this site? i submitted a new one almost 2 months ago!

Can you please email us again with the pattern, we try and do the updates in batches... but sometimes one falls through the cracks. Also, we do get pretty swamped with emails and work (a very small team working on the site), so there could have been a problem with the pattern and we didn't let you know.
